Instant Impact Group grew from an idea in 2005 by one of our current directors Darren Cryans at the age of 16, to bring an Instant Impact to any space.

The concept of getting the desired outcome for our clients not later, but Instantly and that the outcome would create an Impact.

We specialise and are unrivalled in our standards across all disciplines but particularly our Grounds Maintenace service where we maintain retail parks, industrial estates, office buildings, fast food outlets, government buildings, large private estates, healthcare premises and residential factored grounds.

Grounds Maintenance is where it all started for us, and where we continue to excel. After spending over a decade in the private sector achieving high customer service levels and standards for our residential clients we found a gap in the commercial grounds maintenance market.

We bring our wealth of knowledge, experience and resources into the commercial market, we feel we have the cutting edge when it comes to customer service and standards. Many of our commercial clients often tell us that this is the first time they have experienced such a proactive and responsive approach.

Although at our core we are a grounds maintenance contractor we now excel in a whole host of facilities management tasks through our in house departments and trusted partners.
